About Us

Fabiola has held a Community Association Manager (CAM) license since 2015 and a Community Association Business license since 2019—both in good standing with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. She actively maintains her professional development through continuing education in key areas such as assessment collection, covenant enforcement, insurance, risk mitigation, hurricane preparedness and recovery, fiscal and budgetary management, project oversight, reserves planning, elections, and overall operations management.

A native of South Florida, she was raised in North Miami Beach and later attended Florida International University, where she earned a degree in Business Administration. While pursuing her studies and undecided at the time, she worked full-time as a condominium security guard, an experience that sparked her interest in community association management. Witnessing operational inefficiencies and resident dissatisfaction firsthand, she developed a strong desire to improve how associations are managed.

After graduation, she pursued a career in community association management with the goal of enriching lives residing in common interest communities. She obtained her CAM license and joined Community Association Institute (CAI) to deepen her understanding of daily operations within residential communities. She then advanced to the role of Assistant Portfolio Manager, overseeing 10 diverse properties, including garden-style condominiums, luxury high-rises, HOAs, large-scale planned communities, and townhomes.

In 2018, she founded Paragon Management Group LLC, a full service and licensed CAM firm, with a mission to support self-managed associations by leveraging proprietary systems that ensure consistent data retention and promote collaborative operational control. Through this venture, she remains committed to empowering associations with the tools and knowledge necessary for sustainable, efficient management.
